Planning for the
6th Annual Asheville Film Festival is in the final stages! Independent
films from across the world will compete for awards and recognition
in this year's event. The winning filmmaker in each category - Feature
Fiction, Short Fiction, Documentary, Student and Animation - will receive
$500.
New for 2008, we
are pleased to announce our first screenplay competition! Up-and-coming
writers across the country are competing for a chance to win $1000
and a guaranteed read and an interview with a qualified industry agent.
